Order Processing
All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Customized products may take extra processing time depending on design and printing requirements.
Shipping Timelines
Standard delivery across India takes 5–9 business days depending on your location.
Metro cities may receive orders earlier, while remote areas may take longer.
Delays may occur due to festivals, natural calamities, strikes, or courier issues beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and may vary based on product weight and delivery location.
Free shipping may be offered during promotional campaigns (will be mentioned on product/offer page).
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
Tracking updates depend on the courier partner’s system and may take 24 hours to reflect.
Failed Deliveries / RTO (Return to Origin)
If a delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of the customer, or refusal to accept the package, it will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).
In such cases, re-shipping charges will be applicable, and refunds (if eligible) will be processed after deducting RTO costs.
Damaged / Missing Products
If your product is received damaged, tampered, or missing, you must raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery with a proper unboxing video as proof.
Without a valid video, refund/replacement will not be processed.
International Shipping
Currently, Krazlo delivers only within India. International shipping will be introduced soon.
