Eligibility for Return
- Customers are eligible for a return request only if the issue is reported within 48 hours of order delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Return requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Refund Conditions
- Refunds will be processed only if the customer provides a proper unboxing video clearly showing the issue (such as damage, defect, or wrong item received).
- The unboxing video must be continuous, with no pauses, cuts, or edits.
- Refunds will not be entertained if:
The product is damaged due to customer misuse.
No video proof is shared.
The issue is reported beyond the 48-hour window.
Refund Process
Once the return is approved and the product is received back in original condition, the refund will be initiated to the customer’s original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Personalized/customized products are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged during transit (with valid video proof).
